Researching Clark, Cooper and Tucker line in Calloway Co. Ky. Alphonso Clark married Julia Ella Cooper and raised their family in Wadesboro, Ky. in the late 1800's. Julia's parents were James Anthony Cooper and Rebecca Jane Tucker. Alphonso's parents were Epperson Bondy Clark and Angeline Hurt. Any info would be greatly appreciated. The picture displayed is Alphonso Clark seated, baby he is holding is Winburn Clark, boy next to Winburn is Ledox Oklen "Oak" Clark (my husbands grandfather) and next to him is James Noble Clark. The girls standing are the sisters to the three boys but we are unsure of who is who. We believe this picture may have been taken on the day of Julia Clark's funeral. She died in 1904 when Winburn was only 2 yrs. old, if not then it must have been just prior to her death and she may be the one standing behind Alphonso. Cheryl Clark | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
