Was Thomas J. "T.J." JARRELL, married to Mary Jane Crowder (in 1880 US/ALABAMA Census data) also married PREVIOUSLY to someone named Harriet E. JARRELL? I have reviewed some online data from the 1860>ALABAMA>Randolph>Rock Mills PO Census, where I saw "Thos. J." JARRELL and wife, Harriet (both 42 yrs. of age) living near the family of Daniel G. Crowder, 41, and his wife and children - one of whom is a Mary Jane Crowder, age 15. In the later census data it then appears Mary Jane is the wife of T.J. Jarrell. My great-grandfather Elonzo has never been found in records linked to Mary Jane and T.J., but as his birth was in 1865, perhaps he was a son born of the Harriet? Perhaps Harriet died and then T.J. married the much younger neighbor, Mary? Can anyone illuminate or verify this for me? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
