Died 1902 and buried in Old Augusta Cemetery, Augusta, Hancock,IL. Sarah Jane married William B Hutchison in the 1840's. They are listed in the 1860 St. Albans Twsp., Hancock,IL census. All their children were born in IL. Daughter Maragret L. Hutchison Chapman died 1920 and is buried next to her mother Sarah. William B and Sarah Jane Hutchison's children: 1) Margaret L Hutchison Chapman born 28 Feb 1855 Chili,Hancock,IL died 1920. She married David Marcus Chapman( born 1 Feb 1857 OH died Apr 1934 Rock Island,IL buried in Davenport.IA next to son David B. Chapman) on 29 Sep 1880 Quincy,Adams,IL. They had children: Granville Marcus Chapman, Lawrence Hudson Chapman, Edith Jane Chapman Winkler Humphreys Marion, Margaret Luella Chapman Lohmann Florea, Clark Sylvester Chapman, David Burton Chapman. Clarence died an infant. 2) Martha Mathilda Steward died 15 Aug 1934 and buried in Augusta along with her husband David Edgar Steward (born 27 Feb 1854 who died 27 Apr 1917). She had one son Samuel Sweet (born 25 Dec 1864 died 3 Nov 1921 buried 11 May 1921 all in Augusta,IL).Her 2nd marriage was to James Shuman 16 Nov 1886 in Quincy,IL. 5) Sarah Ann (Sadie) Hutchison born 1852 Hancock Co,IL. She died 5 Mar 1924(in home of nephew William Frank Hutchison(Margaret Hutchison Chapman's son) and buried 9 Mar 1924 Quincy,IL. She married Daniel S. McClintock 6 Nov 1877 Adams Co.,IL and then to John Humphrey 20 Dec 1900 Hancock Co.,IL ?. She is listed as having no children.She is listed in the cemetery book as HUMPHRY. 6) Vachel B (Bert) Hutchison was living in Omaha,NE in 1917 per David Steward's obit. 7) William F Hutchison born 1872 was married and living in Timewell,IL in 1917 per David Steward's obit. 8) Rachel Hutchison born IL nothing is known about her.Listed in 1860 census.
