Query Text:

My ancestors migrated from the Belgium/Netherlands area to Bohemia & Germany around 1400 (eventually to the U.S.). Because of the problems surrounding Jan Hus in the 1400s, at least one family changed their surname from Vanderhus to Vander, Wander, & Wanderer. Does the name Vanderhus exist at all today or did it simply die out thru the years? I appreciate any help with this curiosity. Thanks. Judy Wanderer Petersen
