I am researching the Landis lines and am looking for any from the Mercer Co., PA area. I have traced my great great grandfather Beriah Landis to the area and know he was a life long resident and was the father of 14 children. I have a copy of a newspaper photo of him circa 1941 announcing his 90th birthday. At that time he was living with a Mr and Mrs Pete Daney, unsure if this was a married daughter of his. It also gives referece to him living on Perry Hwy north of the Mercer County home. These references mean little to me as I live in WI and am unfamiliar with the area. I have also heard from older family members that Coolspring was an area the family often congregated in and may have held family reunions there.
