I am having trouble locating any information on T.Jeff Blackard--also know as Thomas Jefferson Blackard.He married Iona Mae Etter and they had two daughters--Opal E.(b.in Montrose,Co.) and Clara Blackard.2 other children died at birth. Opal had a child by Roy Keeth--in Tulsa,Ok.I can't find any info on him either.Opal married a man by the name of Bill Horine-in Tulsa,Ok.no info on him either.It was a short marriage. She later married Elmer E. McGinty--in Tulsa,Ok. and moved to Kansas,some info on him. I need to know who T. Jeff Blackard's parents were,who and where is Roy Keeth--any family,etc.and who and where is Bill Horine and is there any family?
