I am looking for information on my Great Grand Father Robert Garnett; I found a record for my grandfather, great grandfather and great grandmother. I was using the Virginia 1910 Census Miracode Index through ancestry.com: Robert Garnett Age: 40 State: VA Color: W Enumeration District: 0050 Visit: 0003 Birth Place: Virginia County: Richmond City, Richmond Relation: Head of Household Robert Ernest Garnett was married to Dora Lee Fields. His father's name possibly was Fred Roland Garnett, (same as my Grandfather’s though I have NOTHING to confirm that). I believe Robert was born 1868 Richmond, VA and that he died in New Jersey @1946. According to my aunt he was 76 when he died. In 1910, Robert Garnett was approximately 40 years old and married to Dora. When they were living in Richmond City, Richmond, Virginia, according to the 1910 U.S. Census, Enumeration District 0050, Visit 0003). At that time there were six of twelve children listed; Freddie 16, Robert 13, Percy 11, Maggie 9, Vera 3 and Henry. The other six were Shirley, Fereba, Victor, Odakirk, Gladys and Paul. Fred Roland Garnett, (Freddie), was born 21 Feb 1895, Richmond, Chesterfield Co, Virginia.
