Hello, This is Carole from France. I posted a query on this forum a few weeks ago, but the query was wrong. Indeed my ancestor's name was not CROSKE but CRASKE William. According to what I can read on his death certificate he was from England. He died in France where he had got married for the second time. The first time was in England with Elizabeth TEELE, but she died and William went to live in Dunkirk (France). He had two sons with Elizabeth, James and Laurence CRASKE.
