 Spurgeon C. Shaffer, in West Virginia, either owned or co-owned two pharmacies, Camden-on-Gauley and Cowen. me up with my grandmother, Flora Ellen Sartin, about 1925. They bore one child, Wynona Marie. He was last known to be living in Buchanon, West Virginia.
