Halpin: I am looking for any info on Sarah Halpin. I believe she married Phillip Harney. I found a Phillip Harney in the 1900 US Census. It showes he is married to Sarah b:May,1869, 31yrs old and married 4yrs. It showes she was born in Ireland and year of immigration to US 1885. I think she may have come in through Baltimore They have a daughter Katei b:July,1897 in PA. It shows she had 2 childern with only one living. Phillip was born in Ireland and came to US in 1890 (maybe through Phila. PA) He was born January,1871.
