Searching for information on JOHANN CHRISTIAN BORNSTEDT(BOHRNSTEDT,BOHNSTEDT,BONENSTEDT)Born ca 1793 in Germany or possibly Sweden, Father:Joachim Bornstaedt - Mother Maria Dorothea Stollen. Married Maria Elizabeth Sommer 30 Sept 1820 in Weltzin, Kr Demmin Vor Pommern Germany (I have nothing on her lineage, except that she was confirmed in 1813 at Daberkow, Kr Altentreptow, Vor Pommern Germany). They lived first in Weltzin, Kr Demmin Vor Pommern Germany, and than to Cadow, where they both worked for the Winterfeld Estate. Children born in Germany 1-Johanne Anna Caroline Frederica b-1820,marr: Julius Sabinus Carl Otto Wegener. They lived in Klein Toitin, Kr Demmin. Johanne Marie Fredrica Bohnstedt b-1823 Mar Christina Fredrich Wegner 1818-1904, they lived in Klein Toitin.Johanne George Friedrich Bornstedt 1825-1825. Johanne Caroline Frederica 1827- 1856. Married Johann Ahrendt. Died aboard ship coming to America. Johanne Wilhelmine Caroline Christina 1830-? Married Carl Ulrich Schwandt (father Johann Carl Mother Frederica Dorothea Gartz) Remained in Germany. Johanne Wilhelmine Frederica Bornstedt b-1830 Mar: Johann Ahrendt . Johann Carl Christ Tobias Bornstedt 1833-1909 in Cadow Kr Demmin, Mar: Mary J Frohmader. The familys came to America in 1856, leaving from Hamburg, into New Yorks Castle Garden. They settled in Caledonia, Trempealeau Co. WI I am trying to locate parents and siblings of Johann Christian Bornstedt and Maria Elizabeth Sommer. Thank you in advance
