Iam looking for any info on Abraham Hoover who had a son James Rush Hoover he was born 1841 in Rising Sun,Ohio,Co Indiana. Abraham married a Nancy Harris. Abrahams father was John Hoover he married a Sarah Byrett? I no my family was related to Herbert Clark Hoover. I have some info but there seems to be nothing on Abraham. I am also looking for William Romans from Owen Co,Kentucky. He had a son John Romans, John had married Eliza Jane Chapman they had 10 kids. Apparently the family moved to Vevay,Switzerland Co, In approx 1880. I have been able to trace the Norisez faimly back to 1791.
