I have a photo of a bearded man with long hair taken in Holly Springs MS in the 1860s. His name was Dick Kirby and the photographer was H.C. Cory. Neither man is on the 1860 Marshall Co MS census, but Henry Cory placed ads in newspapers from the 1870s. I'd like to figure out who Mr. Kirby was, and how he relates to my family. T.
