Looking for information on Corydon and Hester R.(Allis)Thayer, they were living in Rooks County near Belmont Township possibly in 1879 as they are listed in the 1880 census,that were taken in June of 1880 shows also Hester R.Allis)Thayer her brother William Allis, his wife Ellen and a son. My grandfather was born 24-December-1881, and then 24-June-1884 they had two more children, Hester M. and Lester M.Thayer,born same day in Belmont Township,Rooks, Kansas and then 28-August-1885,Hester M.away.
