I'm trying to locate my biological grandfather. The only name I have is his first name of "Arthur". I believe he had a nickname of "Buster". He was a very tall man that would have been born sometime in the late 1880's to early 1890's in or around Bates county Missouri. An elderly aunt told me she believed he had been in the military at the time. He got involved with my then late teenage grandmother "Lillian Mae McAllister" of Rich Hill, MO. They had a shortlived marriage. I've still to find a certificate of marriage. I've a lead that his last name could be "Short", but have nothing documented to support it.
