I am looking for any information about the Eccles line from either Co. Tyrone, Cavan or Moneghan. My Great Great Great Grandparents were Charles Eccles (born 1795) and Roseanne McCluskey (born 1813) in Ireland. THeir parents were James Eccles and Mary Queen (or possibly Quinn) and Peter McCluskey (Linen Weaver) and Jane McQueen. Charles and Rose had 4 children that I am aware of although I am sure there are probably more. Those I know are Mary, Jane, Margaret and Charles (I'd guess there would have been a James and Peter somewhere possibly). The family moved to Lochee, Dundee, Scotland around 1937 and John married Alice Donnelly in Dundee in 1874 before moving to Leith outside Edinburgh. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
