Seeking info on the Benz family in Minnesota. My great grandmother was Freda Wilhelmina Benz, born 4/23/1889 at Humboldt, Iowa and died 3/13/1982 at Tracy, Minnesota. We believe her father was Jacob Benz and that she had 5 siblings, one known sister is Alice Benz Wuiff (1888-1989; Alice's son was Edward W. (1910-1972) and his wife Ellen J. (1910-1986). Freda married Nels Porter Knutson (1887-1952) on 1/1/1909; they had 8 children: Erma Wilhelmina, Earl Gilbert, Walter Edward, Dorothy Alice, Alice Joyce, Irene Evelyn, Lorraine Mae, and Harold Raymond.
