I am looking for information concerning the Welsh family of Cumberland, MD. My great grandfather was Emanuel Welsh he was born in 1889 and died in Sept of 1966 he lived in the Bottlerun area of Cumberland and worked bor the railroad. He married Mabel Troutman. Mabel's father was Emory Troutman. His parents were John and Annabelle Welsh, I believe they died when he was young because I think I found him in the census living with his grandfather Harvey Perry Welsh.
