I am looking for descendants of Leslie Forbes,Actg.Resident Councillor of Penang from(1940-1941).b.1889.He entered Queen's College,Oxford on 7 October 1909.His father's name is James Lambert Forbes and a home address in Penrith, Cumberland. He had been at Appleby School and this qualified him to be a Hastings Exhibitioner at this College.He entered Queen's College,Oxford on 7 October 1909. He studied classics taking a 2nd class in Classical Moderations (a mid-course exam) and a 2nd in Literae Humaniores, i.e. Classics in the final exams.
