I am looking for information about a family that came to Canada from, we believe to be, Scotland probably in the 1800's. the spelling of the original last name is believed to be Macafield and was changed to Maxfield when they entered Canada. If any one has any information that can be helpful please e-mail me. It is important to me and m family to trace our history and know where it was that we are from.
