His children were Jesse C. md. Elizabeth and lived in Fulton Co., Ga.; John Monroe md. Martha McLendon and lived in Randolph Co., Georgia; William Timothy (who fought in the Mexican War) md. Sarah Jane Mc Lendon and lived in Pike Co., Ala.; Elisha; Elijah md. Elizabeth Singletery and lived in Geneva Co., Ala.; Sanders (Alexander) md. Mary Frances Austin and lived in Bullock and Pike Co., Ala.; Sarah J. md. Pleasant Post; and Martha C. md. Henry B. Lawhorn.
