My name is Brenda Branum Gillies and I am researching my family history. My great grand fathers name was James Edward Branum, he was born in Missouri in April of 1877. HIs wife's name was Mary. On the 1900 census he stated that his father was born in Tenn. and his mother in Indiana. Mary was born in Arkansas which is where they were living when my grandfather was born and when the 1900 census was taken. This is all the information I have because I cannot find him on the 1880 census. Can anyone help me? Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? Please let me know. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
