Looking for any Carbaugh who would have had a background/ancestors coming from the area of Jefferson County, West Virginia-that would include Charles Town, Bolivar and Summit Point. My Carbaugh relative would have been Abraham Carbaugh, 1820-1886. We believe his father's name may have been George. Abraham later moved to Juniata County, Pa-marrying twice.
