I am looking for any Chancey's that lived in Seiverville, Tennessee. I don't know the woman's first name. I know she had 3 children. A set of twins age 13 born Jan. 9,1992 (a boy and girl) and had another son age 14...born March 17,1990. They were put in the system and finally adopted at the ages of 3 and 5. I am their foster mother because they were taken out of the adopted family for abuse. They are curious to know about their biological mom.
