My name is Cooky and I am in search of my birth father. His name is Wilfreo Ocasio (Melendez) and is approximately 65 years old. He is from Rio Piedras, PR. My mother met my birth father in New York in the late 1960's. According to my birth certificate, he was 30 yrs. old when I was born in 1969. My given name is Carmen Milagros Ocasio and was born in New York. My mother's name at the time was Ramona Cirino or Ramona Robles. I saw my birth father on two occasions while hospitalized for gunshot wounds in 1977. I last saw my father in June 1979 when he visited me at home.
