Gideon Lee Clark was born in 1836 in Schoolcraft,Kalamazoo Co.,MI. He married Jane Smith, who was born in 1840 and died in 1896. They had two sons. He married Abbie Milner in 1898 and had one son. Gideon died in 1926. Gideon's parents were Justin Clark and Matilda Beadle. He had three sisters. One of his sisters married a WIlliams and another married a Munger.
