Looking for information on the John GUNN family from Listowel, Co.Kerry. John was married to Margaret Brown in Ireland c. 1850. Their son George GUNN was born in 1854 in Ireland and came to Macedon NY in 1890. He died in 1892 from drowning. Daughter Mary, born 1860 Ireland, came to USA and married Philip POWER who came from Co. Waterford around 1865 or 70. They settled in Manchester NY. Children were Margaret, Honora, Edward,Helen, Marie, Lida, Philip and George. Daughter Seragh Gunn b. 1865 in Kerry did not come to US, son Francis, b. 1868 Kerry, came to US and married Elizabeth BUNCE from nearby Tarbert Co. Kerry, they lived in Rochester NY, children were John, Francis William, Edward ,Mary(aka Sister Cecilia Vincent), Leo,Walter, Earl and George. Thank you for any help. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
