Query Text: |
My great grandmother was Emily Cooper. She bore 16 children to Edward Hamilton Bissell coming into his housesold about 1845 - give or take a few years - she was about 15 at that time.. He had two brothers who lived in and around Dallas County, Alabama.....Henry Camp and Titus Lucretious. She was listed as a mulatto as were her children. Her oldest child was Coosa Harriet [Harriet being after T.L. dead child] We are looking for Emily Cooper family ----- we do know that H.C. of Alabama had slaves. Any information would be appreciated OR a contact with any Bissells still in that area. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
