I am looking for information on the family of my grandfather Johann (John) Engel. He was born 4/5/1819 in Luxembourg. In his naturalizition papers, he renounced his allegiance to William King of Niederland. He immigrated to the US on the Bark Frances leaving Antwerp and arriving in NewYork 7/5/1849.
