I am in search of my birth family. I was born August 29, 1971 in Biloxi, Ms, Harrison County. There is no hospital mentioned on my birth certificate. Name on my birth certificate is that of my adoptive parents, Vickie Susanne Mizell. In the adoption decree it states that my name is to be changed to the above name and my birthday is to be that above. Not sure what that means because I only seen it once.
