Seaching for family of Peter BROCKLEHURST b. abt. 1829 in England to Elizabeth (BLOORE) & James BROCKLEHURST. Peter died 1891 in MI. Peter married Susan BENN & was born in Canada to Barbara (Fox) & Thomas BENN. Susan died in 1875 in MI. Peter fought in the Civil War with the New York 187th Infantry Co. G. 1864-65. On the Michigan 1870 census in St. Clair Co. Peter age 38, wife Susan age 31-James 14-Joseph 12-Elizabeth 9- born in Canada-Annie 7-Robert 4-Jessie 1, these 3 born in Michigan. By the 1880 census, just Peter-Elizabeth-Jessie are listed PLUS Amey/Emma age 11 and Adeline/Addie age 5, both born in MI. Jessie, my great grandmother married Fred HEICHBERGER in Buffalo NY in 1891. They had 1 daughter Adeline b. 1893. They died in Muskegon MI. Elizabeth BROCKLEHURST never married & died in 1933. James drown in 1891. Joseph died in South Dakota in 1890. Emma married Wm BUNGE in IL. she died in 1935. Addie married Jos. NAUBER and she died in 1920. What happened to Robert and Annie? Are "we" a part of anyone's family tree?
