I am currently researching my families history. I am looking ofr relatives of Thomas (A.P. Howell) Powell. Thomas is believed to have lived possibly for a time in suffolk county england however no hard evidence exists to this fact and i strongly believe he (as well as some brothers) were born in Wales. a direct decendent Thomas Jr. was born in Old Rappahanock, Virginia on July 12, 1683.
