Would like information on Lee Wilks. I have family photo with journaling on it, "cousin Lee Wilks." The rest of the Wilks family seem to be from Lauderdale County, AL. Bird Smith and Nancy George Wilks Creasey came to IL. in 1854. Their marriage license was issued in Lauderdale County, AL. on Dec. 3, 1839. Bird Smith's surname is misspelled as Grason on marriage license.
