I am looking for decendents of Willis Lockhart, who lived in Elizabeth, WV, near Parkersburg, WV. He may have been a postman. He died before 1951. He was first married to a Dora Towns, in Fairmont, WV. He left her before their son Leonard Willis Lockhart was born , April 16, 1916. He then went back to his home in Elizabeth, and may have remarried someone else, and had some other children, we don't know.
