I am searching for my birth father and his family. His name is David helton. I was born in April of 1974. I have met my birth mother, her name is Thelma Tuttle, however she has not had contact with him, and she believes he is deceased. He was from Kentucky, at the time of my birth he was divorced and had a 7 year old daughter. He would come to New Orleans to gamble on the horses, where he met my mom who bartended at a bookie-bar.
