I need help in finding where my gg-grandfather is buried and when he died. His name was Jean Baptiste Lemaitre Duhaime, he was Catholic, born 1852 died arount 1909-1910. He lived in Waterbury CT USA for the last 30 years of his life, but returned to Canada to die. He was born in St Simon de Bagot, married Emelie Dorval, and lived in St George de Windsor for a few years where multiple chidren were born, had 1 daughter born in 1884 in Compton, (Anna Duhaime). Only one child remained in Quebec, his son Victor Duhaime who married Agnes Robida in 1899 and remained in Quebec, near Sherbrooke. So I strongly suspect there is a church record or cemetery record of his death. I also don't know where Victor Duhaime or his wife Agnes Robidas Duhaime are buried. Most of the Eastern township information is Protestant, with very little Catholic...wish I could find anything. Thanks Rose in Colorado USA | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
