Searching for info on the family of my great-grandparents Ammi Almanzia Brown (possibly aka Albert A. Brown, aka Adli Brown) and his wife Almira Sanders Brown. Ammi was born in Boston on Sep 13 1929, son of Ammi T. & Annis Brown. Almira Sanders was born in New York, probably Chenango County, in about 1843, daughter of Henry J. Sanders & Olive L. Mowry Sanders. We don't know when or where the couple married. They resided in Aldrich Twp, Wadena Co, MN, at the time of the 1885 Minnesota Census. Their son, Addison Avery Brown, was born in Verndale, Wadena Co, MN, on Aug 1 1881. Almira died about 1888, presumably in Wadena County. Ammi and Addison moved from Minnesota to the State of Washington in 1893, where Ammi died in 1899. In 1910, Addison moved from Washington to Doddridge Co, WV, where he married Nancy "Babe" Haught, and they subsequently raised a family there. Any clues, however slight, would be greatly appreciated.
