I am searching for info on JOHN TOOMEY, b. ca 1810 and son DAVID TOOMEY, b. ca 1843. JOHN may have been married to MARY O'DONNELL. Family tradition says that they came from Limrick, Ireland. Don't know if this is county or city of Limrick. JOHN came to U.S. in 1850, possibly a teacher, and settled in Clarion Co., PA. According to U.S. census, DAVID says he didn't come until 1856. DAVID married CATHERINE WALLEY in 1873.
