Looking for any information to the origin of the name VELPEAU this name was used for my Great Grandfather William Velpeau WOods who also used for his Daughter Margaret Velpeau Woods so this must have been a part of the family history but I just do not the clue or information I need It was suppose to be the maiden name of the Mother of WV-but after many years I found that the maiden name was Deakins So if anyone has this name middle-first-last in their "tree" I would greatly appreciate it if you when you have time contact me Any information is better than none Thanks Carol meanded.us@verizon.net | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
