I am looking for information on the Romigs in West Beaver TWP, Snyder County, PA. John Romig was married to Elisabeth ?? In 1860, they had 11 children. Their fourth was a son, Robert. By 1880, Robert is in Michigan, married to Rebecca ?? (also born in PA) and they have several children. I can pinpoint their marriage date to about 1865 based on the age of the oldest child. I am obviously seeking the maiden names of both females above and any information regarding their lines. Also seeking a date for the marriage of Robert and Rebecca. (Children of Robert and Rebecca: Jackson, Ella, Rosa, Reuben,and Franklin - in 1880) (Children of John and Elisabeth Romig: ?? male, Mona or Anna, Mary, Robert, Roswell, George, John, York?, Sarah, Lewis, Jackson.) It appears that several of Roberts's brothers came to St. Joseph County, MI as well.
