Searching for my 2nd great grandfather, Perry H. Brown, born abt 1827 in family says, Lauderdale County Tennesse. Find him on 1850 Lauderdale census married. Need parents. Census says his parents were born in North Carolina. He left Tennessee sometime after 1860 and was in Montgomery County Illinois by 1865. He first married a Sarah abt 1844 in Tennesse. 2nd marriage to Ruth Ledbetter in 1852. He and family were in Montgomery County Illinois in the 1880 census. In 1900 , his wife, Ruth Brown and son, Joseph were in St. John, Stafford Co., Kansas. Does anyone know what happened to Perry H. Brown? Cannot find any death record for him.
