I'm looking for my birthmother. She was 17 years old when I was born. Her mother, my birth-grandmother had red hair. I was born in Washington D.C. on September 28, 1969. I also had red hair,at birth. I was turned over to The Department of Children Services. My case worker was Ms. Stokes. The attorney that handled the paper work for my parents was a Mr. Dale something. I have had a wonderful life due to the love my birthmother had for me. She must be a wonderful person to allow me to have this life. I want her to know I am okay and that I understand the hard choices she had to make. I also want her to know she did well with her choices.
