I am looking for my son that I placed for adoption at birth 9/17/89 (Joshua)I hope that in a couple of years he will start searching for me. I called him Shawn Michael while in the womb I know the birth parents were naming him Joshua. He was born at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Lakeland, FL he weighed 9 lbs 10 oz he has black hair and brown eyes and was of mixed heritage. He was born on 9/17/89 The adoption was a private adoption where I choose his parents through an lawyer. They moved shortly before his first birthday and I lost contact. I hope to hear from him one day. I know that he will only be 16 this year but that leaves 2 more years before he is able to begin his search. I hope he does!
