Lokking for information on the John Knowson Greenhow family of Ripley [Brown} Ohio. He was born in 1833 in England, immigragted to Amer. in 1854. He brought his sweetheart,Sarah Smith [daoughter of John Smith and Elizabeth Grierson] from England in 1836 and they married upon her arrival in Phil. He eas a commercial painter in the Ohio R. basin. His parents ,John and Mary[daughter of Richard Blakeborough and Ann Jackson] Greenhow moved to [Lewis] KY.
