My research includes the Tustin family that lived in Todmorden, York. John Tustin was born abt 1860 and died before 1942. He married someone named Wilmot Eliza Westicot, or Eliza Wilmot(t) who was born in 1856 and died Nov. 23, 1942, York. John apparently owned a farm at Todmorden and lost the farm due to unpaid taxes during the depression. Eliza died at her son Lebert's house on Steeles Ave. Newtonbrook and is buried at St. John's Cemetery, Norway. The family story is that she was born near the Quebec border. Who is she exactly? I believe John is son of Samuel Tustin and Eliza Dart, and sibling of William Henry, George, Thomas Edward, S. (SAmuel?) John, Frederick Charles, and Florence Mary.
