ISO information about the Kelagher, Keliher, Kellagher family of Upper Drumreilly Co. Leitrim. My gggrandfather John died in 1890 at Newtowngore. Only his son Patrick is listed and his marriage to Ellen Conway. My information here is that the name became Callahan. My ggmother Bridget Callahan Condrick appears on the 1900 census for Delaware County PA as well as her sister Annie and brother Matthew (and wife Alice). It is thought that they were buried in St. Denis Cemetary in Haverford although only Peter Condrick's grave has a stone. Of most interest is Mary Callahan born June 1850 who became Sister Valeria, a Sister of St. Joseph Chestnut Hill. Her vow formula gives the location of Upper Drumreilly and that her mother's name was Mary Reilly. Any addition information would be welcomed. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
