Richard Cooper, b.approx. 1883 in Colorado married a woman named Maxine with son named Phillip. Maxine b. Aug. 1902. Phillip b. 1916. Marriage would have taken place prior to 1930 in Teller County Colorado, or near (they appear in 1930 census as married). Both Maxine and Phillip show to be born in Houston, Texas.
