Looking for any info on birth parents. I was born March 6, 1954 at Sherman Oaks Hospital, adopted right out of the hospital at 3 days old. My adoptive parents paid the hospital bill. The only paper I have is the court paper, relinquishing "Baby Girl Chamberlin" to Phillip and Thelma Brooker, signed 6 months after I was born, as follows: Diane Chamberlin (Fineman). This is how she signed her name, with perenthesis around Fineman. I don't know what that means. I'm pretty sure it was a private adoption because I think there was a lawyer involved. I just want to know if I have any siblings; if there is anyone I look like. After all these years, it would mean so much to me. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
