Searching for info on Simeon A. Douglass born about 1800-1805. Married first wife Mary Coombs, after her death he married Caroline Hayner born Brunswick or Troy, NY. Need info on where he may have been born and who his parents were. Also where he died. Census shows him living in Mina,Chautauqua Cty.,Ny in 1850 but dead by 1855. Had children Henry O.or A., Nathaniel, Margaret J., Alfred Moore, Simeon A., Elizabeth Mary and Caroline V. Simeon A. Douglass was my gr.gr.gr. grandfather. The second 's' was dropped after Alfred M.
