I am searching for my long lost cousins within the Hustede, Hawig, Buerman, Franzen, & Welmann families located in the Westfalia Germany area. My maternal great grandparents, Johann Wilhelm Welmann (b 1860, d 1925) & Maria Elisabeth Buerman (b 1865, d 1946) both immigrated to the United States in the 1880's. They were both from the area of Lippe & Drewer of the Westfalia Germany region. I would love to hear from my distant cousins from any of these family surnames within or around this region. I'm sorry but I do not speak German at this time yet. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
